Arrival and departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
How do I get into my room? Will someone meet me?
Elation Rooms is a smart guesthouse with keyless entry. Before you arrive, we send you a message with your personal code and all the information for your stay, so you can arrive whenever suits you.
Are you open all year?
Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is public parking just 20 metres from the guesthouse.
Rooms
How many guests does each room sleep?
Rooms 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 have two single beds and Rooms 7, 8 and 9 a double bed, for 2 guests. Room 3 has two single beds and a bunk bed, for 2 to 4 guests, at one price however many you are.
What do the rooms have?
All rooms have a private bathroom, TV, free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge and air conditioning for heating and cooling. Most have a balcony with mountain views.
I’m travelling with a child. Do you have a cot or an extra bed?
We do not offer extra beds or baby cots. For 2 adults with a child up to 5 years old, we suggest Rooms 7, 8 or 9 with a double bed. For an older child or a family of up to 4, Room 3. For anything else, give us a call.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included.
Pets
Do you accept pets?
Yes, dogs and cats are welcome in all rooms, free of charge. For a large dog or more than one animal, please let us know before booking. See our pet terms.
Prices, payment and cancellation
Where do I find the best price?
Right here, on our website. Booking direct is always cheaper than Booking.com and Airbnb, because you do not pay the platforms’ commission. See our offers.
How can I pay?
By cash, bank transfer, IRIS or card (POS). We also accept the Greek digital social tourism cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. After that, payments are non-refundable.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes. Stay 3 nights or more and get 10% off every night, weekends included, when you book direct on our website. Not valid during holiday periods. See our offers.

How far is the ski resort?
Elatochori Ski Resort is about 8 km from our rooms. See our winter guide.
Is the ski resort open today?
That depends on the snow and the weather. Check the latest update on the official ski resort website, elatohori-ski.gr, or give us a call.
Do I need snow chains in winter?
The municipality always keeps the road open, both to the village and to the ski resort. In winter there can still be snow or ice, so carry snow chains or snow socks and check the weather before you set off.
